We have good news which makes claiming for PPI easier than it’s ever been…

What’s Changed?
We’ve negotiated an agreement with a number of lenders which allows
us to submit your PPI claim without account numbers (which can be
tricky to track down). In addition, Barclays Group will now check any
additional accounts you’ve had with them for PPI when you provide just
one account number.

Account Number No Longer Needed   One Account Number Needed

Bank of America, Bank of Scotland, Black Horse, Halifax, Lloyds TSB, MBNA, Mint, Natwest, RBS, Virgin Money, Beneficial Finance, First Direct, HFC, HSBC, John Lewis and Marks and Spencers

To process your claim, we need:

Your signed letter of authority

The address you were living at when you took the finance

Barclaycard, Barclays Bank, Egg, FirstPlus, Goldfish, Monument, Morgan Stanley, Providian, Sky
and Woolwich.

To process your claim, we need:

Your signed letter of authority

The address you were living at when you took the finance

One account number from any of the lenders listed above

What You Need to Do Now to Take Advantage of These Changes

As you told us you have an account with one or more of the lenders listed
above, we feel obligated to make sure you are aware of these changes
and are now able to make your PPI claim.

On receipt of PPI refunds our fees remain payable and can be paid via our website or via BACS. IMPORTANT:The last day we can accept a new claim is Friday 23rd August – midday – to ensure the paperwork is properly processed and lodged with your lender before the cut-off time.
